These Terms of Use apply when you download, access, or use Trigami. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Trigami.

Using Trigami

Trigami is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the game or its services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any carrier or platform fees. Some features, including offline puzzle play, do not require a connection. Advertising, rewarded hints, optional statistics uploads, reminder activity syncing, and downloading new puzzle content require a connection. Scheduled local reminders can work offline.

Progress and availability

Progress and settings are generally stored on your device. Removing the app, resetting progress, device loss, or technical failure may permanently remove them. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to maintain security, compatibility, or legal compliance.

Ads and third-party services

Trigami may display advertising and may offer an optional rewarded ad for a hint. Third-party services such as Apple, Google, Firebase, Supabase, and AdMob have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.

Intellectual property

Trigami, including its code, visual design, puzzle artwork, names, graphics, sounds, and other content, is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for its intended purpose.

Fair play and acceptable use

Do not attempt to falsify gameplay records, disrupt servers, bypass technical protections, introduce malicious code, access data without authorization, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the game or its services. We may restrict access when needed to protect Trigami, other players, or service integrity.

Disclaimer

Trigami is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your country.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of Trigami. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only as far as applicable law allows.

Changes and contact
