Trigami is a puzzle game with optional gameplay statistics, Google AdMob advertising, and optional daily reminders. You do not need to register or enter sign-in details to play. Features that upload gameplay or reminder records automatically create an anonymous Supabase account.
What stays on your device
Your progress, completed levels, best times, and settings are stored only on the device where Trigami is installed. Reset Progress deletes progress and best times but keeps your settings, including language. Deleting the app removes its local data. Resetting progress or deleting the app does not delete records already submitted to our service providers.
Anonymous stats
When Share Anonymous Stats is enabled in Settings (on by default), each solved level sends the level and material, solve time, move and invalid-drop counts, app version, platform, and completion time to our server. We use these records to understand puzzle completion and improve the game.
The same setting also controls first-party behavior records: sessions, screen and level starts, resumes, unfinished attempts, piece placements, invalid drops, hints, tutorial actions, and advertising requests, impressions, clicks, earned rewards, errors and closures. We record foreground/background transitions and a periodic foreground activity signal. Records include the relevant level and displayed season material, language, platform, app version, event time, and random session, attempt and advertisement identifiers linked to the anonymous Supabase account. They help us understand where players stop or return to play after advertising. A missing return is not proof that the app was force-closed or that advertising caused a player to leave. We do not record the content of other apps.
Events waiting for a connection stay on the device for up to seven days, with at most 1,000 queued events. Disabling sharing discards this queue. Authorized administrators can inspect per-player gameplay and event history. Deleting the Supabase account deletes these behavior records along with the other linked server records.
Supabase creates a random player identifier without asking for sign-in details. Runs linked to this identifier do not include your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifier. The identifier allows us to associate records from the same installation; it does not mean the records contain no identifiers. Supabase processes and stores these records on our behalf. We do not sell gameplay records.
With the same setting enabled, Trigami sends limited gameplay events to Google Firebase Analytics under a Firebase app-instance identifier. These events help us understand where players get stuck. Advertising identifiers are not included in these analytics events and ad-personalization signals are disabled.
Crash reports
If the game crashes or encounters an error, Firebase Crashlytics may receive the error and stack trace, device model and operating-system version, app version, and the open level. These reports are used to diagnose and fix problems and are not controlled by the anonymous stats setting. The service may use installation identifiers to associate diagnostic reports.
Turning stats off
You can disable Share Anonymous Stats at any time. New solve times and analytics events are not sent afterward, and queued runs are discarded. Advertising preferences are managed separately through Google’s consent controls and, when available, Ad Privacy Choices in Settings.
Advertising
Google AdMob displays a banner on the Levels screen, occasional full-screen ads between completed levels after the introductory puzzles, and optional rewarded ads that provide a hint. There are no banner ads during a puzzle.
Google’s advertising SDK may process an IP address, approximate location derived from it, device identifiers, advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Advertising data may be shared with Google’s advertising partners. Trigami requests non-personalized ads and does not request your name, email, contacts, or precise device location for advertising.
Where required, Google provides consent choices. On iOS, access to the advertising identifier also requires the system tracking permission. Declining does not block the game. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and its advertising data disclosure.
Daily reminders
Daily reminders are optional. If you enable them, we store your first app-opening time, daily latest opening time, and time zone in Supabase with your random player identifier to adapt reminder timing. The first opening records when you first used the app, not when you downloaded it. Before you opt in, these times stay on your device. This choice is separate from Share Anonymous Stats.
Your device schedules at most one reminder per day, skipping days you open the app. The schedule covers the next 30 days and renews when you return. These are local notifications; we do not send a push token to our server. Turning reminders off in Settings cancels scheduled reminders and stops new activity uploads. Denying notification permission does not restrict the game.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and investigate the issue. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
In builds with Settings → Delete account and server data, you can permanently delete your current anonymous Supabase account, submitted gameplay statistics and reminder history directly in the app. Confirming pauses uploads, clears pending gameplay and reminder uploads, disables statistics sharing and daily reminders, cancels scheduled reminders, and deletes the account and its linked server records. Your progress and other game settings on this device remain; Reset Progress is a separate action.
Deletion needs a working connection if a server account exists. If it cannot finish, the app says so and keeps uploads paused, including after relaunch. Use the same option to retry. A deleted account is not automatically recreated: explicitly re-enabling statistics sharing or daily reminders asks for confirmation before allowing a new anonymous account for new records. Deleted records are not restored.
Turning features off, resetting progress or uninstalling alone does not delete submitted records. On older builds without this option, update the app. For help with an unavailable older installation or other privacy requests, contact xgokhankose@hotmail.com. We may need additional information to identify records and will explain if we cannot reliably do so.
This action deletes the account and records held in our Supabase database. It does not request deletion of Google advertising or diagnostic records; Google’s separate retention and deletion policies apply to those services.
Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle and follow up on your request. Data processed by Google services is also subject to their retention and deletion practices. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
